Yet, through it all, they have flourished. We learned how to continue to conduct business no matter the situation or challenge. Some even saw double- and triple-digit revenue, productivity, and personal development increases. Two years in a row, 100% of my clients had growth while businesses around them floundered. The ResultĪfter nearly two years of Possibility Thinking in a hostile world, every single one of my clients had flourished once again. ![]() As a result, we honed their foundational business skills, adding new ones and improving others. ![]() In addition, we continued to focus on business solutions that would carry over for years to come. Negative news remained, and life and business remained a significant challenge for those who focused on the “what if.” However, while most of the population continued to have a Survival mindset, my clients were strongly encouraged to develop and maintain a Possibility mindset, Possibility problem solving, Possibility leadership, and Possibility goal setting and planning. Unfortunately, for many, the fear from 2020 remained. It was essential for the client to develop and maintain a new “possibility” mindset. Unfortunately, most were unprepared, and even after the lessons of 2020, few had a Plan B. ![]() Others struggled to understand how to continue to do business. Once again, in 2021, many businesses were forced to close their doors. Confusion, doubt, and fear continued to have adverse effects. Business continued to face its most challenging conditions in history. In 2021, business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives didn’t get a break from the unprecedented issues of 2020.
